SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We ship our merchandise nationwide in Brazil.

  2. The shipping costs presented are dynamically calculated in integration with the Correios website. This calculation takes into account the delivery postcode as well as product details (dimensions, weight, etc.).

  3. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information. In case of product return by Correios due to data inconsistency, non-receipt, or refusal of receipt (e.g., "recipient absent", "recipient unknown", "moved", "incorrect or insufficient address", "area with Correios delivery restriction"), the re-shipment freight will be the customer's responsibility.

  4. Similarly, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary registration data for the issuance of the invoice.

  5. Our store dispatches products within THREE business days, unless there is a major reason communicated to the customer. We are not responsible for any delays by Correios.

  6. If you need your order urgently, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to assist you.

  7. After your order is shipped with Correios, you will receive an email with the tracking code to track your order on the Correios website.

  8. Correios does not offer SEDEX service to all cities. In these cases, delivery will only be possible through the "PAC" (Practical, Accessible, and Reliable) option.
