EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE, WHETHER DUE TO NOT LIKING THE STYLE OR COLOR, DUE TO SIZE, OR IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE, PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
Send an email with the subject "EXCHANGE" to [email protected] to obtain your authorization, providing: your name, your WhatsApp number, your order number, the item to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, the desired replacement item (with the website link), and the desired size.
We will not accept product returns without prior authorization. Once received, the product must be shipped within five business days, failing which the authorization will be canceled, to the address indicated by Fenice.
The deadline for withdrawal or regret of the purchase, as well as for the exchange of size, style, or color, or exchange due to defect, is seven consecutive days from the date of receipt, this deadline being non-extendable, pursuant to article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. After this period, all requests in this regard will be automatically rejected.
The costs of return (shipping) in cases of withdrawal, regret, or exchange of size, style, or color shall be borne by the customer, who may opt for replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid, to be made within 30 days; and the costs (shipping by Correios) of return in case of product defect shall be borne by Fenice.
Products without their label, tag, and original packaging will not be accepted or exchanged; nor will used, washed, stained, damaged, odorous, or altered products (e.g., adjustments) be accepted.
Products subject to promotion will not be exchanged.
Upon receiving the item, our quality control will conduct an inspection to confirm the absence of the circumstances mentioned in the previous item, deciding whether to exchange or not. Please note that, as we work with intimate apparel, for safety and hygiene reasons, our analysis is extremely strict. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this regard.
The exchange of size, style, or color will depend on the availability of our stock.
In case of exchange for a lower-value item, it will not be possible to refund the difference, but a credit coupon will be issued - by email - which can be used within 180 days from the issuance date.
Completing the purchase implies tacit acceptance of the above policy.
